Recent Best Western Coopers Review: "We chose this hotel for its location originally, but were very satisfied with the room and the hot tub in the pool area. Service was pleasant and friendly and check in and out were quick. I thought I had left my camera in the room and called a few hours after check out. They called me back within 15 minutes and an employee had remembered seeing me and  my husband in the elavator with the camera. After searching again at home I was able to locate it. They handled my phone call very professionally as I was very worried about my camera. We liked that the location is right in downtown Cedar Rapids close to much of the night life entertainment. Great stay- we will stay again."
